Tops Knives - Company History and Product info
Tops Knives are tools designed and built using the extensive knowledge and real life experience of 12 operators with backgrounds in the Military, Law Enforcement, Outdoor Professions and Martial Arts. All Tops fixed blades are designed and handcrafted at Tops own facility in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, USA.
Some of the Tops knives are coating of an Epoxy Hybrid Base with Polyester, which is electrostatically applied and baked on in an oven. It is industrial strength and the toughest material. The blades are made of the best High Carbon Alloy Steel with all higher quality knife steels, that there will be tendency for small rust spots to appear, particularly if not wiped dry. The kydex Sheath is individually molded for your knife. It is not made to fit other knives or types of knives. If during the use it becomes dirty or filled with sand, it should remove the knife and just run water through the open end of the sheath; the bottom has a drainage of the hole. The Jump pin is attached to some of the heavier models of knives. It was specifically designed as a double safety feature in the event that a pilot, paratrooper or climber is going to wear the knife up-side-down or may be placed in usually difficult positions.
Fixed Blade Sheaths are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.
